유료예약 셔틀버스 안내사항

‧ 셔틀버스 예약은 '퀸즈스마일'앱에서 예약 가능합니다.

‧ 차량별 예약인원이 미달될 경우, 운행이 취소 혹은 경유 운행이 될 수 있습니다.

‧ 정시 출발을 위해 출발 시간 10분 전까지 탑승장으로 와주시기 바랍니다.

‧ 예약버스는 지정좌석이 아닌 자유석으로 운행됩니다.

‧ 2025년 5월 19일(월)부터 예약 취소가 불가능하며, 예약 추이에 따라 셔틀버스 예약이 마감될 수 있습니다.

‧ 예약 전 상품정보와 상품 고시의 상세 내용을 꼭 확인해 주세요.

‧ 도착 예정 시간은 도로 교통 상황 및 교통 체증으로 변경될 수 있습니다.

Guidelines for Shuttle Bus Reservations

‧ Shuttle bus reservations can be made through the Queen's Smile app.

‧ If the minimum number of reservations for each vehicle is not met for a vehicle, the route may be canceled or adjusted to include additional stops.

‧ Please arrive at the boarding area at least 10 minutes before the scheduled departure time.

‧ Reserved buses operate with open seating. (no assigned seats)

‧ Cancellations will not be accepted from May 19, 2025(Mon). Reservations may close early depending on availability.

‧ Please review the product details and notices carefully before making a reservation.

‧ Arrivals are subject to change due to traffic conditions.
